中國房地產統計數據庫，數據來源於國家統計局、中國指數研究院，是用於研究我國房地產行業發展情況和房地產市場運營情況的專題數據庫。此數據庫不僅可以為高校地產行業研究方向的學生、科研人員以及房地產行業從業人員的研究工作提供數據支持，還可以對企事業單位和相關政府管理部門的戰略決策起到輔助支持作用。此數據庫收錄了全國31個省、自治區、直轄市和35個大中城市的年度房地產統計數據，主要包括：房地產綜合、投資、開竣工面積、市場、土地購置開發、經營狀況6個方面的指標。數據起始於1997年，年、月度更新。
年度（分省市）：中國、31個省自治區直轄市、35個大中城市分等級註冊類型、資質等級、隸屬關係、控股情況、投資規模的房地產開發企業個數、從業人員、投資與資金，房地產開發市場及土地開發與購置等方面的數據。
月度（全國）：全國房地產開發企業投資與資金、房屋施竣工面積、商品房銷售、土地開發與購置以及房屋銷售價格指數和國房景氣指數的月度數據。
月度（分省市）：中國、31個省自治區直轄市、70個大中城市房地產開發企業投資與資金、住宅建設、資金來源、土地開發、商品房銷售以及住宅銷售價格指數、新建商品住宅分類價格指數、二手住宅分類價格指數的數據。
China Real Estate Database, gathering data from National Bureau of Statistics and China Index Academy, is a subject database that records the development and operation of China’s real estate. This database can not only work as a strong support for students and researchers of universities and colleges and staff of real estate development in their real estate-related researches, but also assist the decision-makers of enterprises and authorities to decide their strategies.
Yearly statistics are recorded in this database regarding 31 provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities and indicators are about six subjects, namely general information, investment, floor space of buildings under construction and completed, market, land acquisition and development, and operation. Data start from 1997 with yearly and monthly updates.
