中国丛书库是专门收录历代丛书的大型古籍数据库。

丛书是中国特有的文化资源，自晚清以来名为丛部，与经史子集并列。其书乃按一定的原则和体例汇集多种典籍而成。最早的丛书始见於宋，自宋末以迄民初，历代编纂的丛书，包括杂纂类丛书、类编类丛书、地域类丛书、辑佚类丛书、家族类丛书、独撰类丛书等，多达3,000余部；所收各类典籍，林林总总，不下6万种。岂但蔚为大观，实在足资宝用。

中国丛书库以丛书集成初、续、三编为基础，将丛书选取范围扩至1000部，包括400部杂纂类丛书、200部类编类丛书、30部辑佚类丛书、70部地域类丛书、70部氏族类丛书和230部补纂类丛书，继续遵循罕见和实用的原则，运用大数据技术，从中采辑历代典籍2万种。

术标准：每种皆据善本，采用独有的数字再造技术制作，还原式页面，左图右文逐页对照，眉批、夹注、图表、标记等无障碍录入和非嵌入式显示。总计全文超过12亿字，影像超过1,000万页，资料总量超过300G；同时配备强大的检索系统和完备的功能平台，可进行毫秒级全文检索和一站式整理研究作业。
